Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your OmaReads account, child profiles, and reading data at any time by emailing hello@msoma.coach. Please include the email address you signed up with so we can locate your account.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we permanently delete your subscriber account, all associated child profiles, all reading-session records, all per-word attempt events, and any support emails tied to your account. Stripe retains payment records on its own servers as required by financial regulations, but your OmaReads profile is fully disconnected from them.
How long it takes
We confirm every deletion request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before you delete
If you only want to stop future billing, you can cancel your subscription from your dashboard without deleting your reading history — access continues through the end of your current billing period. See our Privacy Policy for full details on retention and your rights.
