Delete Your Account
You can delete your OmaReads account, child profiles, and reading data at any time, right here or from Delete Account in the app's parent dashboard. To make sure it's really you, we email a confirmation link to the account's address. You can also email hello@msoma.coach and we'll take care of it.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we permanently delete your subscriber account, all associated child profiles, all reading-session records, all per-word attempt events, and any support emails tied to your account. Stripe retains payment records on its own servers as required by financial regulations, but your OmaReads profile is fully disconnected from them.
How long it takes
When you request deletion, we email a confirmation link to the account's address. The link works for one hour. As soon as you open it and confirm, your account is deleted right away. Requests sent to hello@msoma.coach are completed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before you delete
If you only want to stop future billing, you can cancel your subscription from your dashboard without deleting your reading history — access continues through the end of your current billing period. See our Privacy Policy for full details on retention and your rights.
